The Victorian Wingless Sprints are pleased to announce Autobarn as the naming-rights sponsor for the 2016-17 Eastern Challenge.
The Autobarn Eastern Challenge, which is proudly supported by the Bairnsdale, Sale, Traralgon, Warragul, Leongatha, Wonthaggi and Narre Warren stores, will offer prizes, including vouchers, to each car at every instalment of the four-round series.
The series will commence November 12 with the opening round being held at Nyora Raceway. Drivers will then travel to Bairnsdale Speedway for the second round on January 28, 2017. In a first for the series, Bairnsdale will host a $200 to start 50-lap feature race, making the event even more enticing for drivers.
The Series will conclude with two consecutive nights of racing over Good Friday and Easter Saturday (April 12-13) at Rosedale Speedway and Bairnsdale Speedway and will coincide with the running of the Gary Bowden Cup.
