One of the mainstays of the Salt Electrical Ladies of the Dirt Series over the years has without a doubt been Bree Hall. On Good Friday night at Rosedale Speedway, she came away with her maiden series round win by taking out the round two honours.
After a fighting fourth-place finish in the opening round at Simpson Speedway, Hall (pictured below) was in top form at Rosedale Speedway by winning both of her heat races and then qualified on pole position for the feature race.
In what was a dominant feature-race performance, Hall, who comes from a Speedway Kart background and steers the VX # 27 car, paced the field for the entire 10-lap distance and came away a comfortable winner.

Former Ladies of the Dirt Series Champion Samantha Millar was unable to deny Hall of the top step on the podium in the feature race, despite her best efforts and had to settle for second on the podium. Earlier in the night, Millar had finished second in both heat races behind Hall.
Completing the podium was Alisha Fielder in third. Like Hall and Millar, she comes from a Go Karting background and drove consistently throughout the night and was rewarded with the final spot on the podium.
After a mixed run during the heat races, teenager Jessie Garlick, who recently stepped into Wingless Sprints following time spent in Sports Sedans, Junior Sedans and Junior Quarter Midgets, gained good track time to finish just off the podium in fourth.
The opening round winner of the Ladies of the Dirt Series Jessica Moulden endured a tough night and therefore was unable to repeat her round one form. The difficult night for the 2012 Australian Formula 500 Champion was capped by failing to record a finish in the feature race.
The Salt Electrical Ladies of the Dirt Series continues with the third round to be held at Laang Speedway this Saturday night (April 27).
